1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 77tb platform and all its services. 77tb is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

The relationship between 77tb and its users is entirely digital and platform-based. These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on 77tb, you must meet the following requirements. Each user is allowed to create only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details must be provided accurately.
• Multiple accounts may not be created using the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Users must be at least 18 years old to open an account on 77tb. This is the most critical part of our responsible gaming policy. Protecting minors from accessing the platform is one of 77tb's top priorities.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, 77tb may request the following documents at any time:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie photo (with ID)

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

77tb regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the associated terms and conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Standard wagering requirement: 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Certain games or markets may be restricted while a bonus is active.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonus offers will expire and be forfeited if not used before the stated deadline.

6 Betting Rules & Result Determination

The following general rules apply to all betting on 77tb. Sport- or game-specific rules can be found in the relevant sections of the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 77tb reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• For live betting, the odds at the time the bet is accepted will apply.
• Multiple correlated bets on the same event may not be accepted.
• 77tb reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

77tb uses internationally recognized sources to determine results. In the event of any dispute, 77tb's decision shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

77tb is committed to maintaining a fair and balanced gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus Abuse — placing artificial bets to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Arbitrage betting or the use of automated betting software.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

77tb reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice. However, account closure typically occurs under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a rule violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any verified balance may be withdrawn prior to closure, provided the account is not being closed due to a rule violation.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

77tb believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress or addiction. That's why 77tb provides a range of responsible gaming tools that users can configure themselves:

• Daily / Weekly Deposit Limit — Set a maximum deposit limit for a defined time period.
• Loss Limit — If losses exceed a set amount, the account will automatically be paused.
• Self-Exclusion — Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a break ranging from 72 hours up to 30 days.

10 Changes to Terms & Legal Matters
